CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to secure your booking we take a credit/debit card number. This will only be used to deduct a £20.00 per room administration fee upon cancelling or, if cancellation takes place within 5 days of your arrival and we are unable to re-let the room, the booking is charged in full. We advise taking out travel insurance to cover this eventuality.
